“The bus was very prettily decorated and the staff were charming. The cream tea had a nice selection of things and were very tasty - the scone, in particular, was wonderfully light! However, it is called a "Gin Tea experience" and there was no gin!! If this was because of Covid, why has the price not been adjustd accordingly? If there's never any gin, why is it called a Gin Tea experience? Very disappointing. Also, the itinerary lists many "stops" - the only stop was for the toilet, and the experience would have greatly benefitted from some sort of guidance or commentary, so that we knew which landmarks we were…”
